On Thursday 1st August we hosted a Best Practice Morning in collaboration with Made in the Midlands, an organisation which champions manufacturing and engineering within the region.

This event gave us a unique opportunity to throw open our doors to customers, suppliers and partners so they could learn more about the business, its people and current developments. It also provided all those that attended a platform for networking with like-minded people within the manufacturing and engineering sector.
Over 70 people attended the event, a combination of Made in the Midland members and UKF Group invitees. The morning kicked-off with some hearty breakfast butties followed by presentations from Phil Morris Group Chairman, Ian Griffiths, Sales Director and guest speaker Melissa Johnson from Timeless Tube. The presentations were followed by factory tours around both the UKF and JPC sites.
The morning was wrapped up with further refreshments and lots of productive networking!
